Hi everyone,
Well it is this time of the month again - BLOG HOP time. And this month, our theme is a Masculine one, sometimes a difficult one for us to work with. I've finally worked out how to resize my photos, so all should be well for future posts thank goodness. Sorry for the glitch last week.
If you have come here from the lovely NIKKI SADLER'S blog welcome. If you have started here, a big HI to you.
This is always an exciting SU time of year. We have last chances to purchase stamps and accessories before some of them will be retired and then we have not one, but TWO new catalogues coming out on September 1st. If there is anything I can help you with, please don't hesitate to contact me either here, email at [email protected]m or phone 0438 022 124.
Now, here's my samples to go into the blog hop.
For this one, I've used Soft Suede, Basic Black and Very Vanilla cardstock, the Mocha Morning Specialty DSP and the Best Dad Ever stamp with Basic Black ink and embossing powder, the Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border punch and some brads to finish it off. Very easy, but effective I think.
The next one is again using Basic Black, Soft Suede and Very Vanilla cardstock and the Mocha Morning Specalty DSP and brads. Stamp is from the Curly Cute set. Again very easy and effective.
No 3 is Early expresso, Soft Suede and Very Vanilla cardstock, Mocha Morning and Beau Chasteau DSP, Circle and Spiral border (retired) punches and Happy Birthday from the Bring on the Cake set. I love these colour combinations for great masculine cards.
Last one is a bit different. Used Very Vanilla, Soft Suede, Early Expresso, Cherry Cobbler and Not Quite Navy cardstock, square punches and Crystal Effects. Stamp is from the Best Dad Ever set.
Hope you like these. If you care to leave a comment, it's always greatly appreciated.

As usual Di you blow me away with how many creations you make for the hop - you clever thing. I really love the card with the squares - brilliant idea - miss the spiral punch very much. xx

What a great selection of masculine cards, Di. I think the geometric one is my favourite.

Fantastic cards Di! They are all so perfect for males. I love the circle behind the sentiment in the third one and all the squares in the last one are very cool.

I don't think to use Mocha Morning DSP on male cards, but it's a good choice! Your card with all the squares on is a very cool design.

Lovely set of cards, Di. My favourite is the 3rd one with the spiral punch, even though they are all, understated but stylish.

Beautiful - love what you've done with the Mocha Morning and how cool do those squares look. Must give those a go - they look terrific.
